This Temple is located in Thiruparkadal village near Kaveripakkam in Vellore district, Tamil Nadu and is dedicated to Lord Vishnu. This Temple is East facing where the Presiding Deity Prasanna Venkatesa Perumal offers darshan to His Devotees in the standing posture. It shows the true unity between Vaishnavism and Shaivism since Lord Vishnu stands atop of Lord Shiva also known as Avudayappar. The Consort is known as Alarmel Mangai Thayar. This Temple was patronized by Krishnadevaraya as a result of which his Idol is found in the Sanctum Sanctorum. It is firmly believed that unmarried girls when they offer prayers to the Thaayar would very soon get married. A separate sannadhi is found for Andal. A shrine for Nagaraja is also found with Lord Krishna performing the Kalinga Narthanam. A Pushkarani (Temple Tank) is found opposite the Temple premises.
