Sri Saptha Matha Hill Temple is also known locally as seven Mandhi Amma Temple and it is located on a small hillock well close to Hoskote. Some call it as Bhoothamatha Temple. There is a mud motorable road leading to the Temple and a huge car parking space is available. This Saptha Matha Temple of the Seven Deities is said to be around 300 years old. The seven Deities found in this Temple are as follows: 1) Brahmi, 2) Maheswari, 3) Koumari 4) Vaishnavee, 5) Varahi, 6) Indrani and 7) Chamundeswari whose idols are neatly placed in the Sanctum Sanctorum of the Temple. The Temple itself has got a total facelift since 2 years ago when funding of this Temple was taken care by Kanchi Sankaracharya to propagate Hinduism and Dharma. Every year after Rama Navami grand celebrations happen to take place in this Saptha Matha Temple in their own style. There are sub shrines for Navagraha, Lord Ganesha and Kaala Bhairava. A Dwajasthambam and a Bali Peedam made of Stone is available. There is an exclusive place for offering Coconuts by the Devotees. Stone benches are erected in many places around this Temple for the comfort of the Devotees.
