Ladakh Buddhist Vihara is a Famous Buddhist Temple situated on the banks of River Yamuna in New Delhi. This is also known as Buddhist Monastery. A huge Buddha Statue is placed inside this Colourful Temple. There are lots of small cylindrical Prayer Wheels installed inside this Temple and a Large one is functioning outside the Temple Complex. Late Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru was instrumental in setting up this place. There are artworks inside this Temple which portrays the life history of Lord Buddha. This Temple also has a statue of Late Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru outside the Temple Complex. The Location of this Place is in a congested area with no facilities to park the vehicles.
